If your pet is definitely shedding and you are not getting the results that you are expecting, then please reach out to us via message and we will help to ensure that you are using the right method.

BUT we absolutely assure you that if your pet is shedding AND you are using the product correctly it will be a gamechanger for you! The only time this is not the case is if the hair is longer than 4 inches in which case it will just comb through the hair.

Then the Groomi is not for you – as there is no cutting edge then our product will not remove hair from non shedding breeds. We do have customers that still use the product to remove dirt and dandruff – as all dogs shed, some very little it will remove those hairs but you will not get more than what they are naturally shedding.

Simply use the end of the new comb to undo the quick-release fastener and replace it, in the same way, using the old comb! The comb itself is made from stainless steel ensuring it will not rust when left outside or in damp conditions.
